Al Pinyard

Director Of Operations

Originally from Philadelphia, Al and his wife have been living in North Carolina for over 20 years. Al has extensive experience in Hospitality, overseeing the development of multiple businesses. In addition Al has managed high volume, successful auto repair shops, constantly exceeding sales numbers and providing exceptional customer service. While not working, you can find Al on any of our gorgeous beaches with his wife and two kids!

Steve Kefalas

Director Of Sales

Steve was born and raised in Queens, NYC. Steve has been in the marketing business for 25 years, helping clients through highly targeted direct mail campaigns. Steve also owns and operates several successful short term and long term rentals throughout North Carolina's beautiful Beaches. You can find Steve at N Topsail beach most evenings and weekends.
